Operations Specialist

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for multiple DIRECT HIRE Operation Specialists at a Financial Services organization located in downtown Hadley, MA!This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the growing Financial Services industry and jump start your career!In this role you will be processing financial transactions, identifying all risk issues, breaches, and suspicious transactions, and escalating issues to the appropriate channels.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Carry out core processing activities in accordance with established proceduresAbility to multitask, ensure accuracy and execute against pre-determined deadlinesResolve exceptions in a timely and accurate mannerWhen necessary perform custom work for funds, look for ways to standardize when possibleEscalate complex issues as needed for support in solving issues with a sense of urgencyAccountable for quality, accuracy and timeliness of resultsUnderstand basic principles of processIdentify all risk issues, breaches and suspicious transactions and act in accordance with the 'risk' escalation chain and operating proceduresShare responsibility with lead or manager for resolving any issues related to processing activities and for accurate and timely processing and deliveryInteract with internal and external clients to provide support as needed Requirements BS / BA Degree (Preferably in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics)1
